SHIPPING
How soon can I expect to receive my package?
Anywhere in Canada: Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of being received.
Tofino: Pickup on Tuesdays 11-4 at the Studio or email me at info@soundskincare.ca to arrange doorstep delivery.
Outside of Canada: Email me at info@soundskincare.ca for shipping info.
What are the shipping rates?
All orders shipped within Canada have an additional flat rate fee of $15.
Free shipping within Canada on orders over $150.
RETURNS
Can my products be returned?
In order to preserve the purity and integrity of each item, skincare products and beauty tools cannot be returned once received. Most product ingredients are listed under each item, but if you have any questions please email me at info@soundskincare.ca and I will be happy to answer.
